In August, in celebration of MREIA’s 43rd anniversary, we are happy to invite you to our annual picnic for our MREIA Family and Friends!
Join us on Sunday, August 17th, at beautiful Thompson Park in Lincroft, NJ for a fun day together! Networking, food, games, conversations about life and real estate, and our usual Q&A!
RSVP is required. Please pre-register on our website ASAP. We need to know how much food to prepare for everyone, and seating is limited. We apologize--no walk-ins.

JULY MAIN MEETING HIGHLIGHT
What a lively and informative meeting we had in July! At MREIA's July Main Meeting we were proud and excited to host MREIA's own Eduard Renart,. Eduard, who's been investing in mobile homes for 7 years--while having a full-time job!
Some of the key questions that Eduard answered for us were:
- What’s the difference between mobile homes, manufactured homes, and modular homes?
- How do you take title to a mobile home—is it real or personal property?
- How do you buy mobile homes for cheap--and sometimes even get them for... FREE?
- Real-life deal examples: how Eduard finds, analyzes, and profits from his deals
- What to look out for during due diligence
- How to create steady monthly cash flow from mobile homes
Eduard showed us that mobile home investing presents a powerful and lucrative opportunity and that his creative, budget-friendly strategies are perfect for both beginners and seasoned investors looking for something new.
